Rainbow dreamcatchers and awards

Good afternoon!!! Even though the weather is rather indecisive (to rain or not to rain), I bet my money on rain followed by an amazing rainbow!!!
So, here are my colourful dreamcatchers to help you catch the rainbow!!!! Dreamcatchers  were first made by Ojibwe Native Americans using willow hoops and senew or cordage made from plants. They would hang them above the beds of the children to filter out all the bad dreams and let only the good ones pass through the center hole of the dream catcher. The bad dreams would perish upon the first rays of sunlight...

Today's dreamcatchers don't have feathers, but I've made one that does and I'll take photos soon!!!

If you'd like to make your own dream catcher, you can find instructions here.

Here are two of my girls, fighting with the camera cord!!!
