Time to meet our family...

Ever since I was a little girl I adored animals! It didn't matter that a cat had attacked me in order to protect her kittens, that  a donkey had chased me, that a dog had bitten my brother! I just couldn't stop loving them!...
My mother didn't know what to do with me, because there was not an animal that I could find wandering the streets, that I didn't bring back home with me... dogs, cats...even a guinea pig once! She wouldn't let me keep any of them, 'cause she knew how devastated I would be if anything happened to them. So...now I have my "revenge"! Meet our lovely cat - family! Luckily, my husband loves these furry devils as much as I do!
Micra on the way to Chios by ship!
Micra became a mother.
Starting to see the world.
Showing off our climbing abilities...

Our first demonstration of power! Of course, the two females are starring!
Micra and Mickie
Sleeping our day away...

And we are growing older and as cute as ever....
Lovely Rita - The independent one
Charlie - The Hugster!
Kannelos - The Quiet one!
Zoro - I love to play!!!
Mickie - I want to sit on your lap...forever! He almost died when he was 2.5 months old, but with a lot of care and most importantly a loooooot of love, he not only made it, but he is stronger than ever before!
Sophie - I love to love!

Of course, when we came to Chios a year and a half ago, we had more lovely cats waiting for us. Red and Tsimplas, who are still with us and Monk, Cinnamon and Blackie, who have passed away. I can't begin to describe the sorrow and the rage, because a human hand was behind their deaths. As long as people don't teach their children to love animals, as long as they only see them as tools (for example hounts), then nothing will ever change...
Red
Tsimplas
Monk...
Cinnamon
Always remember that people who don't love animals, can never really love each other...

Micra sends her love to all of you...purrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr....
